A Macy, NE man could faces prison time after allegedly beating his wife, who is in a wheel-chair.

Roman Harlan, 24, is being charged with assault causing serious injury and assault with a dangerous weapon.

According to court documents, Harlan was allegedly driving drunk when he began beating his wife, Catherine, who was holding their 4 month-old child at the time.

He then allegedly dragged her out of the car, where he continued hitting her.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on May 27th in U.S. district court in Omaha.
