LAKE VIEW, Iowa (AP) _ Authorities have recovered the body of a Carroll man who drowned in Black Hawk Lake in Sac County in northwest Iowa. Lake View police say divers found 64-year-old Chuck Gifford on Saturday.

Gifford was boating with his wife and grandchild last Thursday afternoon. He went under the water after he got out of the boat and tried to untangle a line from the propeller.
