Sioux City Bar's Liquor License Suspended

A Sioux City bar has gone dry, at least for 30 days.
Dalton's Pub lost it's appeal to delay its liquor license suspension. That's after they were busted for breaking the state smoking ban.
The business won't be allowed to serve alcohol again until November 11th.
Even then they may not be clear. There is a hearing set for a second offense in just three weeks.
