An argument between two roomates turned deadly Tuesday afternoon. Sioux City Police say Sinh Manivanh, 60-years-old, called police after shooting, and killing his roomate, Phomma Vanhthong. Manivanh turned himself in when police arrived.
The incident happened at an apartment complex in the 800 block of 8th Street. Authorities say the two had been arguing before Manivanh shot his roomate with a rifle.
Manivanh has been charged with 2nd degree murder, and is being held in Woodbury County Jail on $250,000 bond.
