Associated Press - November 20, 2009 1:05 PM ET

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Omaha police have arrested a man wanted for the murder of a convenience store clerk.

Eighteen-year-old Tyrell Jones of Omaha was arrested Thursday on suspicion of first-degree murder.

He's accused in the slaying of 42-year-old Laura Pierce. Pierce was working at a southeast Omaha Kwik Shop in January when two armed robbers entered the store.

Authorities say she did what the masked men told her to do but was shot as they fled to a waiting car. She died later at a hospital.

Police say they're still looking for a second suspect.
