Crews battled a major blaze at an apartment complex in Cherokee, Iowa Friday evening.
Officials say the it started just before seven o'clock at the Timber Ridge Apartments on East Cedar Street.
No one was injured and a cause is still unknown.
We do know four units out of the apartment complex were destroyed.
The Siouxland Red Cross is there, assisting displaced residents with shelter, clothes and whatever else they need.
Residents that have no place to stay are being housed at the Cherokee Mental Health Institute.
The fire marshal is on the scene right now.
