A Siouxland bar and grill is having its liquor license temporarily taken away.
Court documents show that The Scoreboard Lounge in Milford violated Iowa's new Smokefree Air Act on multiple occasions.
Customers were seen smoking inside the establishment and ash trays set out.
The bar and grille will not be allowed to serve or sell alcohol for seven days, beginning on August 4th.
It has also been ordered to pay a fine of $1,000.
