A Laurel, NE teen is in the hospital after an ATV accident.
It happened just before 3:30 Sunday afternoon at 1965 Glen Ellen Rd.near Sergeant Bluff, Iowa.
Authorities say a 15 year old girl was driving the ATV when someone grabbed a steering wheel, causing it to go into a ditch.
Three out of the four teens were ejected, and 16 year old Katie Haisch was taken to Mercy Medical Hospital in Sioux City
She's listed in fair condition.
The driver was charged with having too many people in the vehicle.
