Five months ago, the Bartels' were forced out of their home by the Missouri River.
The river filled their basement from floor to ceiling, and so now, they're trying to get everything cleaned and back to normal before the cold weather really sets in.
"That was our big concern, because as you know, it's freezing now. And we just got our furnace in, on Friday, a week ago. And we're very happy to have that," said Marci Bartels.
The other priority for the Bartels is to reinsulate the basement before winter comes.
But for now, they're just happy they're spending their first night at home since the beginning of June.
