Iowa Offers East's Imming Walk On Status

Iowa football coach Kirk Ferentz made a trip to Sioux City on Tuesday and SC East senior Alex Imming is glad he did. Ferentz offered the all-state quarterback preferred walk on status at Iowa next season. Imming had been talking with Iowa coaches in recent weeks but an offer wasn't made until Tuesday. The multi-sports standout passed and rushed for more than 1,000 yards in his junior and seniors seasons.
