The teen charged in a shooting death in Kingsley, IA will be tried as a juvenile, not an adult.
Billy Noll is charged with involuntary manslaughter and will full injury for the death of his stepbrother.
On Friday the state decided to retract its request that Noll be tried as an adult rather than a juvenile.
17 year-old Kyle Badgerow was shot and killed at their Kingsley home on December 9th.
It was also ordered that Noll be released in the custody of his father.
His next court date is February 21st.
