He explains why Sioux City stayed snow-free.
"It's all a matter of how the system tracks and this time, the northern border area of Nebraska, and into the Sioux City area. Was on that northern edge of the moisture, southern edge of the dry air, however, you wanna look at it, and as a result it just stayed south of you there."
