The 14 year old boy charged in a shooting in Kingsley in December has admitted to involuntary manslaughter in juvenile court.
14 year old Billy Noll was charged in the shooting death of his step brother Kyle Badgerow.
As part of his agreement with prosecutors a willful injury charge was dropped.
Noll will be sentenced March 16th.
