After living my whole life on the East coast, in the Philadelphia area specifically, I am excited to be here in Siouxland. While a student at Penn State University I participated in forecasting and broadcasting for the meteorology department. I was a shift manager for the Campus Weather Service where I engaged in weekly radio and web forecasts. I also was a forecaster and an on-air talent fro the local government access channel, Channel 7. Finally I was a web forecaster for Palestra.net, where I forecasted for the whole US, including Northwest Iowa.
I am also a big sports fan, especially Big Ten sports, Let's Go Nittany Lions. Baseball is another passion of mine, and the Phillies are my team. Once it gets nicer you might find me on the golf course as well.
I have a great family and a dog at home that I miss, but am happy to be a part of the Siouxland Weather Team.
