The former postal processing faculty on Murphy Drive in Sioux City will now be home to Consumer Supply.

The company hopes to move in come early fall, and will be offering a few new jobs.

Consumer supply makes pet food and products for animal feed. They say this new building will be a perfect fit.

"It's good for us. It will allow us to remove or distribution operations so we can focus on distribution at one facility and manufacturing at another," says Dan Patee, Consumer Supply Vice President.

For buying the postal building, the city will grant the company a "graduated rebate of taxes" if they reach certain goals.
