Police are investigating the death of a 26-year-old Iowa raccoon hunter who went missing during a competition.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says that Preston Luft's body was found early Sunday morning in a heavily wooded area near the Iowa River.
The Carroll, Iowa man had last been seen around 2 AM Saturday, when he went to retrieve his dog that had wandered away.
Authorities have not released details of what caused Luft's death.
