At an award ceremony Tuesday, Congressman Steve King presented Vietnam veteran, Dennis Roberts with eleven award medals to replace previous medals that were stolen from his home in the late 1990s.

So, everytime Roberts sits in his living room, he'll have something up on his wall to remind him of the days he served his country.

"I just know when I sit there, I've got a blank wall, it's concrete, so I don't put anything there. I've got a TV right there and a computer over there. It will be right there, it'll bring back memories," said Roberts.

Medals given to Roberts included the Purple Heart, Bronze star and Air Medal, but he is waiting on one more, the Good Conduct Medal.

Roberts served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1970.
