A second person has been arrested for the beating death of a Spencer man.
Cody Millard, 21, is being charged with Murder in the 1st Degree. He was arrested at his place of employment on Thursday.
Millard is accused in participating in the deadly assault and robbery that took the live of Edward Kitto, 59. Kitto was found beaten in the 500 block of E. 3rd St. on August 8th. Kitto later died from his injuries.
Millard is being held on $250,000 bond.
Earlier this week 21 year-old Christopher Fitzpatrick plead not guilty to the murder.
