It's good news for burrito lovers. Chipotle is coming to Sioux City!
General Manager of a West Des Moines branch, Jose Raygoza, says Chipotle should be up and running at the Lakeport Commons in December of this year.
Raygoza says he is currently working on a list of staffers that he will be sending to Sioux City to train the new employees. Chipotle is a Mexican grill that serves tacos, burritos and salads.
Currently, the closest one is in Omaha.
