Sioux City, IA - Sioux City East proved that they can beat a ranked team Thursday night.  The Black Raiders knocked off 9th ranked Urbandale 27-21.  Urbandale got off to a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, but East would rattle off 17 unanswered points before halftime and would never give up the lead.  East has now won six straight games after dropping their season opener to second ranked Heelan.
