Crete, Neb. - Joel Nixon and Joel McCabe hooked up for over one hundred yards and three touchdowns as #4 Morningside beat #18 Doane, 28-3.
All three of Nixon's touchdown passes were caught by McCabe who hauled in six balls for 101 yards. Nixon finished with 191 yards passing and 46 yards passing.
The Mustangs defense only gave up 12 yards rushing by Doane.
Morningside will host Dakota Wesleyan next Saturday.
