Bev's On The River along with the Children's Museum of Siouxland hosted Sioux City's 4th Annual Oktoberfest.
The German festival revolves around the celebration of the alcoholic drink, beer.
So, during the festival, folks indulged in a little beer and wine tasting, a bratwurst dinner, and even dressed up in German costume.
Each year Bev's has sponsored the event, it has chosen a group or organization to sponsor and help raise money for.
This year, all the festival's proceeds will go to help build the Children's Museum of Siouxland.
Museum executive director, Kari Kellen was excited to be part of such a fun event.
"It's such a great event. It's a fun way to engage with the community, talk a little bit more about what we're doing, and you never turn down great funds from a fun event where you can come out and enjoy some beer, wine, and some brats, and the beautiful weather today."
The museum has just kicked off its fundraising campaign.
It plans to begin construction on the building this spring and open its doors in 2014.
