If you noticed a SWAT team at Saint Luke's Hospital in Sioux City, don't be concerned. It was all part of a drill. St. Luke's Hospital collaborated with different city and county entities to perform this drill. The hypothetical scenario involved two shooters, entering a building and shooting multiple people. SWAT teams and local law enforcement were on hand to take part in the drill, which Saint Luke's says is all about enhancing communication, and being prepared.
