Sioux City, Iowa - The No. 4 Morningside Mustangs only gave up 199 yards of total offense to the Concordia Bulldogs as the Mustangs beat the Bulldogs, 50-0.
Joel Nixon passed for 338 yards for five scores. He also rushed ten times for 63 yards. Joel McCabe caught nine passes for 161 yards with three touchdowns.
Derek Blessing led the Mustang defense with seven tackles, while Michael Voelker chipped in his own six tackles (two for losses) with one sack.
The Mustangs will face Briar Cliff next Saturday.
