Sioux City, IA - The state volleyball tournament is still three days away, but two of the best teams in the state went head to head in Sioux City on Monday.  Hull Western Christian and Sioux City Heelan scrimmaged at the Long Lines family rec center.  The scrimmage has become a tradition between the two teams.  Tammi Veerbeek says she's been bringing her gals from Western Christian to Sioux City for over a decade.  Veerbeek says that playing against Heelan will allow her team to see what kind of top level competition they'll see in Cedar Rapids.  Heelan head coach Mary Miller feels the same way.  Miller says that Western Christian is the best team in the state in any class, and getting to play against them will make playing everyone else seem a bit easier.
