They were partners for years, Precinct 9 and Precinct 14. Both located at the Boys and Girls Club in Sioux City.
Well, because of expected heavy traffic this Election Day, Precinct 9 moved to the Midtown Family Community Center.
But some folks, didn't seem to get the memo.
Precinct Wanda Hamel Precinct 14 Chair said, "They were just kind of used to coming here from Precinct 9 and now they're by themselves."
Folks there say they've had to send about a dozen voters to the Midtown Family Center on Tuesday.
And volunteers at Bryant Elementary's Precinct 17 say they've had to redirect a ton of voters too.
"I had one just now who was living with a friend and you can't do that," said Precinct 17 Chair Carl James.
And have had to register an above average amount of voters on site.
"It has been really heavy. Many people have just been coming in to register today. It'd be better if they had pre-registered, the process goes much faster," said James.
