The Sioux Cit Art Center has stitched together a unique exhibit and one–of–a–kind sale. Friday, the Art Center unveiled their City Art Quilts Exhibit showing off several designs submitted by fifteen local artists. Visitors can view and bid on the quilt designs which are available in a silent auction as reproduced paintings. The designs come in three formats - 12 x 12 inch artist renderings, 30 x 30 inch canvases, and 48 x 48 inch MDO boards. The Art Center says that these paintings could make for excellent holiday gifts. The silent auction and exhibit runs through December 2nd.
