The feeling of Christmas was in the air at the Augustana Lutheran Church on Saturday.

The church opened its door to over 70 folks for a "Tour of Nativity Scenes" held inside of the church.

This is the seventh year the church has done so and asked congregational members to bring a nativity scene and have it displayed in the church just for one day.

Those who visited the church on Saturday said the variety of nativity scenes is what pulled them in.

"Some of them are very fancy and elaborate, but I noticed one around the corner with moose. It's a nativity scene with moose!" said Jeff Levine of Sioux City.

Over 80 nativity scenes were on display.

While folks toured, they could also enjoy a homemade bread and cookie sale put on by the church's youth group.

The tour will happen again next year on the first Saturday of December.
