A new downtown restaurant and bar is hoping to draw in the crowds. Indigo Palette is celebrating its grand opening today. Located next to Tom Foolery's on Historic Fourth Street, the new restaurant specializes in smoked meats and sandwiches.

But it's not just food on the menu here. The work of local artists is available to look at or buy. John Glaza, one of the co-owners of Indigo Palette, says, "The art is 95% percent local artists, or people with local artists ties, people that were born here and moved away. And that's where our specialty is, local artists and promoting what we have here in Siouxland."

The art will be cycled frequently to give many artists an opportunity to show off their work.
