A day of drinking turned into jail time for a Norfolk Man.
30-year old Jason Nolte of Norfolk, NE is now at Madison County Jail after being drunk at area businesses on Saturday.
It started at around 6:30pm that evening when police were called to Norfolk 7 Theaters because of an intoxicated man at the theater.
When police officers arrived, they found Nolte in the women's bathroom. They then warned Nolte that if he didn't leave, he would be arrested. Nolte left the property, but would come back in later on in the night.
But first, Nolte stopped at a Subway, where employees say he was drunk and coming and going from the bathroom. Nolte was escorted off the property by officers.
At around 9:30pm, officers found Nolte back at the Norfolk 7 Theaters where he was placed under arrest for 2nd Degree Criminal Trespassing and eventually taken to Madison County Jail.
