A Sioux City woman is facing neglect charges after police stopped her for drunken driving and found a five year old child in the back seat.
Police found Hannah Walker stopped in the middle of the road at about 3:45 yesterday morning.
When they approached Walker's car they found her younger sister in the back seat.
Walker is the current guardian of the little girl.
She has been charged with neglect of a dependent person and operating while intoxicated.
