H.R. 6156, the "Russia and Moldova Jackson-Vanik Repeal and Sergei Magnitsky Rule of Law Accountability Act of 2012," whichauthorizes the President to extend to Russia and Moldova Permanent Normal Trade Relations and to sanction persons who are responsible for grossviolations of human rights in Russia.
