A Spencer, Iowa company looking to expand, hopes to receive a "thumbs up" Thursday from the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
Simonsen Iron Works, a metal fabrication company, is requesting a $200,000 dollar low–interest loan through Iowa's High Quality Jobs Program.
It's one of 3 projects to be considered by the development authority Thursday.
The company that makes recreational and farm products is planning a nearly one million dollar expansion that would add 41 jobs at it's Northwest Iowa facility.
