Last year it was held in West Point, Nebraska and raised $1.4 million for cancer research.
This year, the Nebraska Cattlemen's Ball will be held at the "Hanging H Ranch," located between Paxton and Sutherland on June 7th and 8th.
The 2013 cancer fundraiser will feature the country musical group, "Lonestar," popularly known for its hit song "Amazed."
Since the annual event began in 1998, well over $7 million has been raised to fund cancer research.
