Pure Health & Fitness Studios, owned by Samantha Taylor, is offering a weight loss seminar on January 4, 2013 for Florida residents.

Samantha Taylor owns Pure Health & Fitness Studios, which services residents of Tampa, Florida and the surrounding areas. As part of Taylor’s personal and business cosmetic betterment initiatives, she recently redid Pure Health & Fitness Studios and cut 10” of her own hair off for Locks of Love. Now, she is offering a weight loss seminar for people looking to change themselves in 2013.

“I can’t tell people to change themselves for the better if I stay stagnant,” said Samantha Taylor. “I’ve repainted the studio and installed new floors,” said Taylor. “I also cut off my long hair. It was a hard thing for me to do but I know it went to a good cause. Change isn’t easy. I know this, but change is what moves us forward. So, I decided to hold a seminar on January 4th to help inspire people to change through weight loss.”
