A Siouxland based copier and printer company is under new ownership. Midwest Office Automations, with offices in Sioux City and Storm Lake, was purchase by Saint Cloud, MN based Marco.
According to the Marco web site 21 employees from those Iowa offices will be retained.
The acquisition is the companies 5th in the last 5 months.
Marco now employees 620 people at 35 locations in the upper Midwest.
