Kirk Levin is the suspect in a bizarre kidnapping case in Sac county. That case led police to a dead body which has been confirmed to be his mother.

Below is his arrest history:

03/19/09- Charged for Drive or Operate Vehicle without Consent, Possession of Burglarious Tools and Retail Theft in Dane County, Wisconsin.

05/01/09- Plead Guilty to Drive or Operate Vehicle without Consent and sentenced to 15 months in state prison with two years parole after release. Other two charges dismissed.

08/23/10- Charged for Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Burglary in the 3rd Degree – Unoccupied Motor Vehicle in Sac County, IA.

11/19/10- Plead Guilty to Burglary in the 3rd Degree and sentenced to an undetermined term not to exceed five years. The other charge was dismissed. The court also ruled that he be transported back to Wisconsin for breaking parole. His Sac County sentence was also ordered to run concurrently with his incarceration in Wisconsin.

11/10/2011- Transported back to Iowa to serve out the remainder of his sentence for Burglary in the 3rd Degree.

01/01/13- Levin was released from prison after serving out the remainder of his sentence.
