A 47–year old Sioux City man and his 74-year old father have been arrested following a string of burglaries.
Jeff Devos and his father, Carl Devos were arrested after breaking into houses on two separate occasions in the last month.
They were first caught back on December 19th, when they allegedly stole several tools from a house at 2442 7th street in Sioux City.
The father–son duo were caught again on Monday when they allegedly broke into a home on 3422 Parkview Boulevard and allegedly stole several tubs of toys from inside the home.
Their car was pulled over a few blocks away from the residence, and police found the stolen merchandise inside their vehicle..
The men have been charged with two felony counts of burglary in the third degree.
