Sabrina and Lucas Nagus have a couple sleepless nights ahead of them as they welcome Connor, Logan, Porter and Mason to their family.
Meet Connor John Nagus, born last Tuesday at Methodist Hospital in Omaha at just under 4 pounds.
He's the fraternal sibling, born behind his three, identical brothers.
"Everybody's doing great," said Sabrina Nagus, the boys' mother.
Mom and dad Sabrina and Lucas Nagus say that's a relief.
After all, this type of pregnancy, doctors say, is extremely high risk.
Dr. Todd Lovgren said, "When you compare it to a singleton pregnancy of a single baby, the complication rate is 100%."
The boys' father Lucas Nagus said, "It's hard to get excited about it when you're trying to prepare yourself for a possible, hate to say it, possible loss or something like that."
Sabrina's doctors ordered strict bed rest in the hospital for the last 11 weeks.
"Bed rest isn't easy but there's harder things. Going home without babies would be a hell of a lot harder," said Sabrina Nagus.
When Sabrina underwent her C-section at just 31 weeks, there was an army of help at her side, each baby with his own team of nurses, doctors and respiratory therapists.
"Honestly, I'm not sure how I'm going to leave the nurses. I might take them home. I mean, I'm not sure I want to stay here any longer, but I don't want to leave them either," said Sabrina Nagus.
The babies will stay in the hospital for another 6-8 eight weeks and doctors say they are all expected to be normal, healthy babies.
