Sioux City Woman Sentenced for Fake Bank Robbery

It was a strange case that happened this fall. A Sioux City woman said she was kidnapped from Bacon Creek Park and forced to rob a bank in Sioux Falls.

Now, that woman, Michelle Bock, will spend time in prison.

Police say she used fake dynamite to rob First Premier Bank in Sioux Falls. They also say she made up the story about being kidnapped.

Bock has been sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay more than 800 dollars in restitution to the bank.
