Pauline Friedman Phillips, who under the name of Abigail Van Buren wrote the long-running "Dear Abby" advice column, has died. She was 94. Phillips and her twin sister Esther Friedman Lederer, who authored the advise column "Ann Landers" grew up in Sioux City. Phillip's publicist Gene Willis says Phillips died Wednesday after a fight with Alzheimer's disease.
