Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! That's really what all the talk was about Thursday at the grand opening of the Sabre Industries expansion project.
Cheers all around for the multi-phase, multi million dollar Sabre Industries expansion in Sioux City. Employees, they couldn't be more excited.
"I know I can take care of my family. I know my buddies that work here with us, we all have a future," said Leah Neff, of Sioux City.
Leah Neff got hired by Sabre Industries just three days after she graduated from Western Iowa Tech's Welding program here in Sioux City. Neff says she's proud to work for a company that invests in her home town.
"They're very team oriented. They're very good people. They treat us very well. It's just fun to be here," said Neff.
Earlier this year, Western Iowa Tech teamed up with sabre to train welders. Over 60 students from that program are now at Sabre.
