We now have more information regarding the investigation on that tragic helicopter crash that happened earlier this month near Ventura, Iowa.
Preliminary findings show icy conditions are believed to be a major factor that lead to the death of the pilot and two others on board.
The helicopter was headed from Mason City to Emmetsburg when it slammed into the ground near Ventura, Iowa around 9 at night.
Now although icy conditions are being considered as the cause of the crash no final conclusion has been reached.
