Foxboro, MA - The Ravens defense intercepted Tom Brady twice en route to a 28-23 victory, clinching an appearance in Super Bowl XLVII.
Joe Flacco threw for 240 yards and three touchdowns, two of which were caught by veteran wide out Anquan Boldin.
Tom Brady had a touchdown to go along with his 320 yards passing but it was his two interceptions in the fourth quarter that proved to be too costly for the Patriots.
The Ravens will now prepare for the San Francisco 49ers for Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans, LA on Sunday, February 3rd.
