Homemade bread rolls and house salads were on the menu for Briar Cliff athletes today.
BCU held its annual "Lunch With the Chargers" at the Texas Roadhouse.
Coaches, and players from a variety of sports waited tables for all their hungry fans.
BC Women's Basketball player Sara Reeves says, "It's just a great way for us Chargers to get to know everybody in our community and get to talk to people. They get to see us and see what we're like. They get to talk to us, not just about athletics, but about our lives and who we really are."
All proceeds from today's lunch will go towards Briar Cliff University's Annual Scholarship Fund.
