The town of Oto has a new mayor and at least one new city council person after a special election Tuesday.
Kevin Rayevich has been elected mayor. Jennifer Weber picked up one of the two open city council seats. But, it was a tie for the second open spot between Elizabeth Swearingen and write-in candidate Matt Mead.
The Board of Supervisors will have to draw lots to determine the winner next Tuesday.
