Shannon Ivory entered that plea Wednesday in Woodbury County Court. He's the man accused of trying to rob the Kum & Go at 14th and Pierce in late September of 2011.
He was stopped by two customers.
Ivory Pleaded guilty to 1st degree burglary and 2nd degree robbery. He's been sentenced to up to 25 years in prison.
During sentencing he apologized for his bad behavior.
