Isaac Plueger of Orange City is a top sous chef at Mario Batali's restaurant called "Babbo" in New York City.
Plueger started his journey in the restaurant business as one of the first employees at the restaurant "Blue Mountain" in Orange City.
Plueger had this to say about working with the culinary icon, Mario Batali.
"He's an incredible chef. He's given me great opportunities. It's funny because he wears the crocs, and he wears the whole set up. It reminds you of the TV show (ABC's "The Chew") the first time you see him, but it's cool," Plueger said.
Now get this, Batali trusts Isaac so much he is actually featuring Isaac in one of his signature "How to YouTube" videos.
The video is how to sharpen a knife. In it Batali calls Isaac the "Knife Whisperer."
