On Friday, Siouxlanders toured the Battery Building in Sioux City, the future site for a possible Hard Rock Casino, for a second time hoping to get more questions answered.

Groups like the Sioux City Historic Preservation Society came along.

They were concerned about exactly what will be done to the old building.

The casino plans to make additions to the building like a gaming floor and specialty restaurants, which had some concerned on just how much of the old building will be taken down.

"The only thing that will be knocked down will be that to effectively create access points to the structure from the new areas," said Bill Warner, CEO of Sioux City Entertainment. "So you won't get a wall completely knocked down. We're going to try to preserve the history as much as we can. What you'll get is just areas popped out, so you can get people through."

The casino's plans will be to renovate the first floor as office space in the casino's first phase.

The top three floors will be available for future expansion.
