The Omaha Indian Reservation in Macy, Nebraska has been declared a disaster area by the Tribal Council. This is due to a main water line break in their water supply. They have no drinking water in the city or surrounding rural areas, and they are expected to be without water for two weeks. The community is in need of bottled water or donations to purchase drinking water. Your urgent donations are greatly appreciated.

Donations of bottled water or monetary gifts can be sent to Omaha Tribe Emergency Management, 303 Main Street, Walthill, NE 68067 or call 402.846.5374.

For more information please contact Milton Miller at 402.922.2652.
